Prescription Refills
I am happy to call in orders to your pharmacy if you run out of medications between appointments. It is best if your pharmacy can fax a request for a refill to 415-924-8965. Please be mindful that medication refills are not instantly available and plan accordingly. In particular certain controlled substances may not be refilled via phone or fax and require an original signed prescription.
